  " The booking and finding you was easy, friendly efficient staff at drop off,the signage for finding you at the arrivals was non existent and after a long flight etc you just want get to you car and get home, picking the keys up and finding the car was good. "

  " parked in multi carpark terminal 3 on the 4 floor. No lifts working had to carry suit cases all way down the stairs at eighty years old. Then told that our flight which was going from Terminal 3 was now terminal 1.. "

  " Very friendly and helpful employee who took our key and explained the procedure . A man in a hi viz jacket was rude telling us he had watched as we had driven through cones . Yes we did ! There was a car sized gap leading to lane 1 which apparently we should not have done . "

  " My experience on arrival before departure was as expected, however when I arrived back after my flight the experience was appalling. Neither of the scanners were working. There were several customers waiting who were not sure what to do. We spoke to the personel in the office who were sure that the fault was ours but after inspection and several attempts to get the scanners to work he was obliged to go back to his office and do a computer research to locate our keys. The point of meet and greet is convenience and to have your car ready so that there is no waiting. When eventually my car key was located I had been waiting approximately 40 minutes and there was still a queue of others waiting. Also the radio station in my car had been changed. Your service is expensive and in this case definitely not worth the money. "

  " Drop and go Manchester must be the best place to leave your car. So unbelievably well organised and a short walk across the car park to terminal 1. "
