  " A free for all getting on and putting luggage away safely. No help and no organisation from driver or assistant of shuttle bus. Opened front doors and middle doors at same time so everyone was getting on the shuttle at the same time fighting for somewhere to put their luggage. No indications from driver which terminal he was stopping at. No personal at key collection point no toilet facilities not clear where car was for collection. Wil not use this service again. "

  " You did brill! An extremely pleasant member of staff greeted us at about 3.30AM and was so helpful talking us through the process……a big thank you to him. On our return we followed his instructions got our key and 5minutes later we were driving home.
