  " Very helpful. We booked for a week away, one of us forgot their passport. We had to speak to someone at the carpark the day after (we'd booked another flight). There wasn't any problem getting back on the carpark even though, if you leave earlier as we had, it cancels the carpark space. We explained what had happened and the Woman we spoke to said it was fine and let us back on the carpark and told us that we'd have to explain on our return from our holiday. When we returned to the UK we spoke to a Man and started to explain. He just said within a few seconds, oh its Smith and Jones, and let us through. It was great speaking to someone with a sense of humour. ( By the way, one of us is a Smith. "

  " The process for drop and go is fairly simple however on return it’s a long walk up ramps and stairs only to be guided to a lift to take you back down to floor one seems a bit long winded "
