  " I really do not like the new locker system to the point where I would consider not using meet and greet. The colour coding is not good as i am colour blind. Get back to having a personal service with a person at a desk to speak with. "

  " Directions to APH were clear and easy to follow. Dropping off the car was quick and easy. The shuttle bus was timely and the information for the return shuttle was clear and concise. I have used other airport car parks in the past but APH offers as good a service as any other and is hassle free. I will certainly be using APH again. Thanks for great service guys. "

  " Easy booking, and found car park fine, able to get a space on the upper level, we were in T1/T3 mid stay. Easy walk across to terminal 1, though road works took bit of negotiating. Car was fine when we returned.
  Only issue was getting out, as sign posts send you round in circles a bit, not helped by people parking in the hashed areas that you are supposed to turn into to get out, better marking would help! "

  " Drop off is easy & efficient & a short walk to departure.
  Pick up is frustrating in that we have to drag our luggage across a poor surface to the far end of the 13th floor car park. That’s not meet & greet in my book. "

  " We have used airparks for Manchester multiple times this year, however back in May we were very disappointed we were charged £25 on exit because we by mistake put our exit time as 2am instead of 2pm a genuine mistake. I sent an email asking for a refund on the basis of a genuine mistake and described no reply not even a courtesy acknowledgement. "

  " Convenient especially with the bus service. The drivers of the buses were helpful and courteous.can be a tad pricey though, this trip I could of saved money by using a taxi but traveling again later in year and it will be cheaper than a taxi . Great service

  " Very clear directions to the car park. Quick and efficient service provided on our arrival. We had parked the car, booked it in with Airparks reception and we’re stood in line to check in with our airline within 10 minutes. Would definitely use again. "
