  " I was very impressed with the simplicity of the operation on arriving at Manchester Airport. Two items for you to look at
  1/ The arrival instructions - in reality there are two sets of traffic lights as you approach the M and G for terminal 3,There is no mention of turning right at the second set.
  2/ On leaving at the barrier it is not clear where you scan the card or for how long if there is a delay on the mechanism. "

  " Good bus connection to/from T2 but lousy car park surface. Impossible to wheel your suitcase from car to nearest bus stop. Would not recommend until the exorbitant fees are spent on resurfacing. "

  " Good service when leaving and picking up car. Efficient and trouble-free. Terminal 1 work changed the usual pick up routine but as we came in on a late flight this did not cause a delay in getting home. Would definitely use again - suggest discount when terminal work ongoing to keep commuters happy! "

  1. The directions to the car park were somewhat confusing - better just to say follow the signs for for T3 car park
  2. The camera at the barrier on arrival did not recognise my number plate and I had to seek assistance on exit. This situation should be improved. "
