  " Dropping off at terminal 3 was excellent. We arrived back after overnight flight from Canada and had to trek from terminal 2, very tired, didn't appreciate wandering around airport. Didn't say when booking we would have to go from one terminal to the other. Paid extra for the convenience but failed on the return leg. "

  " Two buses pulled up at same time. There was a large queue. The driver of first said the second can be used too. We got on but upon seeing that the drop off wasn't ours I asked if it was going to Jet Parks 3. I was told no! I asked if we had to go back to terminal, Yes, I was told. To be fair driver then took us to Airparks 3, but it could have been handled better. "

  " Always enjoy the convenience, quick process and helpful staff, however, didn't like the change this year to the return journey and the smaller key reclaim booth, with a queue and then the 13th floor of the multi story at the far end. "

  " Easy and convenient. Better sheltering from the elements as it was hammering down with rain when I got to the bus stop at the carpark and got soaked waiting for the rain to stop so i could collect my car. I had my 9 year old son with me and he got soaked too. "

  " The usual entrance was not open and it was not signposted to the new/alternative entrance; the airparks service (especially Meet & Greet) is really going downhill at the moment. They are making improvements but while that happens the service is poor. "
