  " I parked at T2 East car park and it couldn’t be easier -you just cross a covered road to departures and also arrive home opposite too.
  It was also convenient to leave my cases in the car whilst I walked to the station for a pre departure covid test and waited for result back in the car as no seating in departures.
  However the price is very high but weighed with the convenience I made the decision to book. "

  " Absolutely brilliant, I was so surprised to see where we were parked as I thought I'd booked the long-stay car park, and this was so much better! 5 minutes walk from the terminal, easy to find, clean and tidy, well lit on our late arrival. "

  " You were brilliant as always and very understanding. I was due to fly out on the 3rd but Due to delays on the M56 we missed our flight. We drove out of West 2 carpark having explained the situation and we advised you that we would return on Monday the 6th to try again and catch another flight.
  We flew back on the 18th as pre-planned and put the token in then push the intercom to discuss the situation , which was dealt with quickly thus we could escape, thank you All again. "

  " Very efficient, only drawback was that my car was parked quite a distance from the key pick up point. I was travelling alone, so had to walk across the car park in the dark to find my car as the instructions were not very specific. "
