  " Useless. No information on exiting where to go ‘follow the overhead gantry’ there wasn’t any from multi 3 level 2.
  Eventually found way to T1.
  On return couldn’t find car. Asked twice, once on emergency phone, is there 2 multi 3? No we’re assured. After an hour checking T3 levels 1 to 4 we walked the car route in. YES there ARE 2 T3 level 2, split by the M&G

  " Booking online was relatively easy.
  Finding the car park wasn’t straightforward, had to do a couple of u-turns before finding it.
  I had to use the intercom upon arrival instead of no. Plate recognition.
  It’s a bit of a walk to terminal 1. But ok.
  Leaving was fine with no. Plate recognition working fine.
  Again finding my way to A555 was a bit of a guess.
  Overall satisfied except for the price but it is what it is. "

  " Really easy. Park up in the lane. Leave the car. Come back. Scan your ticket. Pick up key (your box number lights up and opens for you), go to the lane number given, drive out. Stress free. "

  " There was nothing wrong with the service as such It was all automated But I have used the meet and greet service before in past years up to Covid restrictions and this was nothing like it. It certainly was not worth the extra money and when we came back there was a problem getting our key out of the locked box fortunately there was a human in fact 2 who helped us to retrieve it So I thank them very much for their help "
