  " I would like to know why i had to drive around T3 multi storey for twenty minutes looking for a car park space that was'nt there ? There were signs pointing to spaces , but i followed the signs and there were no spaces anywhere . Eventually after many laps around each level of the car park i used the intercom at the exit . I was told to use the overflow on the ground floor . Ok no problem , but why were there no signs to tell us this ? Furthermore the overflow area is not called overflow , but is sign posted as a 2 hour max stay area.I was not the only driver fed up of going in circles looking for a space . A simple sign telling people were to park if there are no spaces is all that is needed ! "

  " Everything went to plan in the booking.
  It would be good to know where there are spaces in the multi-storey especially in very busy periods as you can spend quite some time circling round. This time we found a corner spot on the 4th level. Usually we end up on the roof. "

  " All just as expected, we arrived at the approximate booking time, parked the car, booked in and on the bus to the airport, great.
  Same on arrival back, despite been two hours late due to flight disruption, all went as per the plan.
  Text the code, walked to the pre-arranged covered shelter and 5 mins, the bus arrived.
  Short trip to collect car, 5mins and on our way. Don't hesitate! "

  " We used APH at Manchester, even though we had no issues I think I’d struggle to use them again.
  Why? The staff are rude and miserable from the second you arrive, to the second you get dropped off.
  This was the same on our return to Manchester.
  We followed the instructions on our return, then we were left waiting in excess of 30 mins in the freezing cold. "

  " We struggled to find our car on our return. We parked at T2 East car park, by an access door to the terminal, but there are so many access doors, we didn't know which one our car was at. It would be useful if the access doors were numbered, eg Level 3, door 1, 2, 3, etc. "

  " We landed in terminal 2 and had to walk a long way to terminal 3 mid stay car park with golf clubs and bag knowing our flight details and airport not being very busy don’t know why you couldn’t of parked us nearer "
