I travelled with my wife and two friends abroad for a weekend break, we used the Airparks facilities at East Midlands airport. On arrival at the car park I entered the reception, the greeting was both friendly and helpful with the parking procedure. The bus that was to transport us to the airport was already waiting outside. The bus was already running so it was nice and warm. My wife also commented that it was also very clean. The bus left for the airport after a short while and dropped us right outside the airport departures. On our return we rang the given number to inform Airparks we had arrived, by the time we had departed the airport, the bus was already waiting outside for us. Once again the driver was helpful and in good spirit. The reception at the car park was very busy, but the staff were still very helpful in pointing me in the right direction of my car, wishing us a pleasant journey.
