Q-Park and Holiday Extras form an alliance

Q-Park and Holiday Extras are delighted to announce that Holiday Extras has acquired BCP and will manage Q-Park’s GB off airport car parks at Heathrow, Gatwick, Newcastle, Glasgow and Manchester.

In a joint statement, Ward Vleugels, Chairman Executive Board of Q-Park NV, and Stephen Lawrence, CEO of Holiday Extras, said the sale was compelling for both businesses because they could both focus on their strengths.

It allows Q-Park to focus on real estate and pursue it's core markets of City Centre, Railway and Health Care parking, while Holiday Extras will build scale in one of it's core markets, Airport Parking. As a result Holiday Extras will offer it's customers and distributors a wider choice of product and it's suppliers substantially greater revenue opportunities.
