  " Cheerful and helpful staff both in park and on shuttle. Prompt and good service overall. Thank you.
  It would have been helpful to have the code pointed out on the exit card. We were a bit stupid not to have read it at the end, but in a rush to leave, and with several code numbers, it was not so obvious at the final gate that we had a different code on the exit card. Ah well.
  The particular arrangements at the Airparks at Birmingham and Manchester do differ slightly. Both were very efficient. We used each in the last three months. "

  Only negative. Our car was parked in a particular zone( which was well signed, along with other cars). If the lanes in that zone were identifiable it would have been much easier to find. A small point but when you have been travelling for 14 hours and arrive back and it’s raining heavily the romance is gone :( "
