  " Easy access to Jetparks One from motorway and only a 5 to about 12 minute journey ( depending on which terminal first) to airport. We have mixed views on this particular parking lot as the surface is appalling and virtually impossible to wheel your cases. It is full of potholes and most definitely should be resurfaced without any delay, however given that it has been like this for sometime I don't hold up much hope for that happening.
  We have had good transfer bus service on many occasions from all the Jetparks but when it's bad it is really bad. We waited 30 minutes for a transfer bus on Sunday 9th February and people waiting with us had already been waiting longer. The attitude of some of the drivers could do with being reassessed, very up and down. In October great experience, this time poor. "
