What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to the Sofitel Hotel at Heathrow Airport and head to their underground car park, at the barrier you'll be issued a ticket (keep hold of this!) and then you can head down to levels 1 or 2 and find a parking space. If you can't find anywhere to park you can leave your keys with the valet at the entrance and they'll park your car for you.

Top Tip:The car park will only accept vehicles less than 2.2 metres tall.

How do I get to Heathrow Airport?

Once you are parked up and have grabbed your luggage simply take the lift to the hotel lobby and walk through the covered walkway to the terminal. If you need to get to any of the other terminals you can do catch a free train to Terminals 2 & 3 or a free bus to Terminal 4, these journeys should take around 20 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you get back from your trip collect your luggage and head back to the hotel via the walkway on the ground floor of the arrivals hall. You'll need to head to the guest relations at the hotel who will validate your car park ticket, once that's been done head down to the car park where you can collect your car and away you go! If you left your keys with the valet to park your car you'll just need to pick them up too.

Your car will be parked in the secure, underground car park at the Sofitel Hotel which can only be accessed by hotel guests. Below you can see the security features in place:
