What should I do when I arrive?

When you arrive at the Long Stay car park at Gatwick, drive up to the barrier which will issue you a ticket and raise to let you in. Follow the signs and find yourself a parking space.

Top Tip: During busy periods your keys may be taken and your car parked for you.

How do I get to Gatwick?

Once you have grabbed your luggage and are ready to head to the North Terminal you can catch a free transfer bus which will take about 5 minutes to reach the terminal. These buses run 24 hours a day.

What about when it's time to leave?

Catch the free transfer bus back to the car park and head to the admin office where you can exchange your entry ticket and your booking confirmation for an exit ticket. Drive to the exit barrier, put in your new ticket and the barrier will lift to let you out.
