The free transfer buses run 24 hours a day and it's just a 15 minute journey to the airport. What should I do when I arrive?

Simply drive to the car park where a member of the APH team will direct you to one of the arrival bays. Once you've parked up where indicated grab your luggage, keys and booking confirmation and head to the reception to book your car in. Once you've handed your keys in head outside to the bus stop.

How do I get to Gatwick?

The free transfer bus operates every 10-15 minutes, 24 hours a day and takes 15 minutes to reach the airport.

What about when it's time to leave?

Once you are back in the UK and you've collected your luggage give APH a call so they can get your car ready for you, then head back to where the transfer shuttle dropped you off and jump on the APH bus. When you get to the car park, head to reception to collect your keys and the friendly staff will let you know where your car is parked.
