The AUC is the United Kingdoms's consumer council for air travellers. The AUC provides excellent advice on various topics that concern the airline traveller. You can look up guidelines for airline baggage allowances, overweight baggage and excess baggage charges. As well as advice on getting to the airport, passports and visas and checking in to the airport.
You can contact the Air Transport Users Council by post, phone or fax. The council do not accept complaints or enquiries by email. Take a look at the complaints section of their website before making contact with a complaint against an airline.
