What should I do when I arrive?
Drive to the car park and head for the arrivals lane. Show the staff your booking confirmation and leave them with your car keys; they'll park your car for you in their secured car park while you head to the airport.
How do I get to Southend Airport?
Once you have dropped your car off you can catch the free transfer bus which will get you to Southend airport in about 5 minutes.
What about when it's time to leave?
When you return from your trip you can catch the transfer bus back to the car park, when you get to the pick up point you can call the car park and request collection (the number will be in your booking confirmation). Head to reception to collect your keys so that you can jump in your car and head home!
How safe is my car?
While you are away your car will remain in the Purple Parking secured car park; below you can see the security features:
