What should I do when I arrive?

Upon arrival, park in an arrivals lane and drop your keys at the reception. Your car will be parked for you while you take the shuttle bus to the airport terminal. Buses run every 10-15 minutes from 4am until the last flight has landed, typically around 12:30am.

How do I get to Southend Airport?

The shuttle bus will take you to the airport in just 5 minutes. The return journey is included in the price, and the bus will pick you up where you were dropped off upon your return.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you return, the shuttle bus will pick you up from the same location where you were dropped off. You'll retrieve your keys from reception and your car will be ready for you.

How safe is my car?

Your car will be parked in a secured car park which holds the Park Mark award. Security features include:

Accessibility

There are 3 accessible parking spaces available. Please call us before booking to reserve one. Please note that the shuttle bus is not wheelchair accessible. We recommend considering a meet and greet package as it does not require shuttle bus transportation.

Additional Information

• The car park offers a grace period up to midnight on the booked collection date. An additional charge of £10 per day will apply if you go into the next day, subject to change.
• Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) are accepted as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
• Vehicles with 8 or more seats are not accepted. A supplement equal to half the total cost of the booking will be required for long wheel-based vehicles.
