What should I do when I arrive?
Drive directly to the car park and head for one of the arrival lanes. Park your car there and take your keys and booking confirmation over to reception; hand over your keys and a fully insured driver will find a parking space for your car.
How do I get to Southampton Port?
A free transfer bus runs to all cruise terminals between 11:00AM and 15:30PM and takes around 5 minutes.

The free transfer bus will collect you from the terminal anytime between 06:00AM and 12:00PM and bring you back to the car park. Collect your keys from reception, grab your car and head home!
Top Tip: If you are flying back after your cruise you'll need to call Cruise Parking to arrange a return transfer

Cruise Parking Meet and Greet Southampton We were informed early on the morning of departure by text from P&O that we were departing from city terminal not Ocean, due to high winds.
We had never been to city terminal. On arrival directed to you, great guy there booked us in so quick and booked us for an early disembarkation around 07.00 on our return and put us down for the first run.
Disembarked 07.00 on return and lady from airparks said our car due anytime now on first run.
car arrived in 5 minutes and we left car park at 07.15.
