A professional driver will find a space for your car while you hop on the transfer bus and relax while it whisks you to the cruise terminal. What should I do when I arrive?

Drive directly to the car park where a member of staff will direct you to one of the arrivals lanes. Here you can grab your luggage and hand over your keys, a professional driver will park your car while you head to the cruise terminal and get on with your holiday.

How do I get to Southampton Port?

There is a free transfer bus which will take you to the cruise terminal; they run every 30 minutes from 12 noon to 3pm and the journey tales around 20 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you get back from your cruise you can catch the free bus back to the car park; collect your keys from the friendly staff, hop in your car and head home. The return buses run every 30 minutes between 7am and 11am.

How safe is my car?

While you're away your car will remain parked in Cruise Parking's secured car park; below you can see the security features present in the car park:

*The Park Mark Award is given by the police to car parks that reach the benchmarks of their Safer Parking Scheme in recognition of car parks which have taken steps towards increased security and safety.

Please Note:

If more 5 people are travelling in one parking booking there will be an additional £5 per person each way to and from the port.

The car park can accommodate vehicles of any size, however, there is a surcharge of £2 per day for vehicles over 5 metres long including cars with trailers.
