Arrival procedures: Approximately 30 minutes before you're due to arrive at the terminal, contact customer services on 07921 232909 or 0191 2144022. Make your way to the Fast Track car park, turn right and park at the meeting point where a chauffeur will be there to welcome you. Simply hand over your keys and make your way to the terminal.

Return procedures: Once you collect your luggage, contact customer services and make your way back to the meeting point where you dropped off your car. Your car will be waiting and a chauffeur will be there to return your keys.
