Short Stay 1 is the closest car park to Manchester Airport making it the perfect choice if you're looking to save some time at the airport. What should I do when I arrive?

Parking at the Short Stay T1 is as easy as can be! Simply drive to the car park, find a space and park up. You keep your keys so all you need to do is remember where you parked.

How do I get to Manchester Airport?

Walk to the terminal in about 1 minute! You really are that close.

What about when it's time to leave?

Head back to the car park, jump in your vehicle and head home, when you get to the exit barrier it will scan your car reg and lift automatically to let you out.

How safe is my car?

Your car will stay right where you parked it while you're away. Below you can see the security features at the car park.

Additional Information

The Short Stay T1 car park offers a discretional grace period of 6 hours if you are late returning to collect your car. If you are any later than this then you'll be charged the standard car park rate of £25 per day (subject to change).

The car park can accommodate most standard vehicles (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) as long as they can fit under the entry barrier (2m) and will fit into a standard parking space (2.4m x 4.8m).

This car park has designated Blue Badge parking which are fully signposted. They operate on a first come, first serve basis and you will need to display your Blue Badge in your car while you're away.
