What should I do when I arrive?

Head directly to the car park where your car registration will be scanned at the entrance barrier. Once this has been automatically lifted the condition of your car will be recorded, after that you can drop your keys off at reception. The staff members will find a parking spot for your car.

How do I get to Manchester Airport?

Transfers to Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are free and run 24 hours a day. The transfers take 2 minutes to T1 and 5 minutes to T2.

What about when it's time to leave?

Catch the free transfer shuttle back to the car park and head to the reception where you'll collect your keys. The attendant will let you know where your car is parked so you can collect it and head home.

How safe is my car?

While you're away your car will remain in the secured car park which has the following security features:

*The Park Mark Award is given by the police to car parks that reach the benchmarks of their Safer Parking Scheme in recognition of car parks which have taken steps towards increased security and safety.

Additional Information

The car park offers a discretional 6 hour grace period if you are late returning to your car. If you exceed this time the car park charges £25 per 24 hours (subject to change).

If you're returning to a different terminal don't worry, just check with the bus driver where the collection from that terminal is.

Standard size cars (without trailers/not commercial) will be accepted at the car park so long as they fit underneath the barrier (2m) and in a normal parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
