  " On internet booking, it was good, we had booked jet parks 3 and that was cancelled and we were moved to T2 multi story, problem was the number plate was not recognised, I then made a mistake by pressing the wrong button, a disc came out and the barrier lifted, but later on we telephoned to rectify our mistake and the person was very helpful and told us that on our return the number plate recognition should open the barrier unfortunately this was not the case, but we soon sorted this out. But please if you transfer us again please make sure the number plate is going to be recognised "

  " Service was seamless. If I had to make one suggestion, I would not have parked the car in backwards on collection making it impossible to get the luggage into the boot without moving the car! Other than that great service that I will use again. "
