  On collection I found it hard to find my car in the dark as signs were very small and I didn’t know what I was looking for. My brain wasn’t working after my long flight from Tokyo. Clearer signage would be appreciated. Last time I used meet and greet I didn’t have this problem "

  " Car was under cover. Signage to and from this car park is poor as is website description. Also you have to walk to T2 to get bus to other terminals. Took a while to find the bus stop as poor signage. "

  " We were transferred from Jetparks 3 to 1 in Manchester but the system didn’t relay the information so we had to wait whilst the operator located our booking on entry and exit. Not long delays but not the smooth operation we are used too. "

  " The greeting on arrival was pleasant. The operation seemed very organised. We didn't have to wait long for a bus and on our return the bus was prompt in picking us up. A very good service all round. "

  " Originally booked into Jetpark3 but recieved an email to say the carpark would be closed before our return so our booking had been moved to Jetpark1. 2 days before our flight our booking got moved again to T2 west multi storey carpark. On arrival the barrier did not open so we had to call for assistance. A lady took our booking ref and after I explained the previous emails she then lifted the barrier for us. "

  " Good service on arrival and departure. However, on driving away from Terminal 3 at Manchester, I foung that my nearside windscreen wiper had been removed. I have reported this through my booking company, but in the meantime, I have had to replace the wiper at a cost of £21.00. :-( "
