  " This is so convenient to leave the car right opposite departures on T2 and pick the car up just opposite arrivals. I would have given 5 stars if we had been made aware that the entrance to meet and greet had been moved since we made the booking a couple of months back!!! "

  " Very good value service where you park up ,pick a shuttle , overall 20 min to terminal.
  E Mail booking does not appear to allow any changes to booking i.e getting wrong date before paying ,trying to change detains without starting afresh.
  I have used you quite a few times and do recommend to others "

• Long Stay Multi Storey T2 West - All terminals
  " I went to the wrong multi storey, terminal 1 instead of terminal 2 west. I entered the car park and asked to enter so I could exit as I had a car behind me. The person on the intercom was very rude and told me I had to buy a token to exit.I entered and parked to find where I could get a token. I found the machine and saw that I had to put in a token to get a token to exit the carpark. I went back to my car and drove to the exit barrier and explained via the intercom that I had entered by mistake and could I exit. The gentleman said no problem and let me out straight away!
  I had two extremes of customer service...first the gentleman with zero customer service who thought it funny to send me looking for a token and secondly the the gentleman who let me exit, no problem!!
  Anyway I parked it T2 west a new car park a little further to walk but spacious clean and well signed. "
