  " The drivers, both on arrival and coming home, were absolutely top class. Extremely helpful, cheerful and ensured we were both settled before moving off. Moved the heavy cases for us without needing to be asked, which was really helpful as we are both in our 70s and have some mobility issues! "

  " The drop off was perfect, however we were told to pick up from the same point, level D! We took some time to find the collection point. Dragging luggage around with us!!! I note the car had seven miles on the clock, so was this off site parking, or a joy ride??? "
