• Long Stay Multi Storey T2 West - All terminals
  " Great booking service, transparent price, great information and easy automatic access to the car park. Car Park itself Terminal 2 West Multi Storey isn’t great. Floors showed available spaces but hard to locate these. Long walk to lifts, very long walk to terminal 2/terminal 1 transfer bus; on return this wasn’t entirely covered so got wet, lifts a pain, too many people, kept pressing call button so our lift wouldn’t leave. It was a pantomime! "

  " easy instructions to follow, However, not your fault but the signage once in the car park is awful. why cannot there be some numbered bays so you can find your car when you return? Thr entrance by foot into the car park brings you to a different part of the car park and bears no relation to the point at which you come in, so you do not know where you parked your car. A bay and slot numbering system would make life easy. "

  " I parked in Jet Parks 1 in October last year and on my return the bus driver insisted on seeing proof that I actually had a car parked in the car park. However, when I parked there last week the bus driver on my return did not ask to see proof of parking. Your website does not mention that I might have to produce proof of parking. Could you make this clearer please? "

  " The carpark is badly maintained as it is full of dips, puddles and very muddy. Jetpark 1 is very small and overpriced but you have limited choices of where to park at any airport "
