Two items for you to look at 1/ The arrival instructions - in reality there are two sets of traffic lights as you approach the M and G for terminal 3,There is no mention of turning right at the second set. 2/ On leaving at the barrier it is not clear where you scan the card or for how long if there is a delay on the mechanism. We arrived back after overnight flight from Canada and had to trek from terminal 2, very tired, didn't appreciate wandering around airport. I’m not quite sure where it gets parked (dash cam has also been de-activated and removed) if it was on site then maybe building works we’re taking place? I would have given 10/10 but there was no advice when I collected my key and no clear instruction that I could see to turn left out of the car park after collecting the car. Turning right is a continuation of the T3 'drop off area' and I now know that you can only leave the drop off area via barriers with a £3 min charge. Turning left would have avoided this. Half mile traffic jam on small country lane which is main access road. No record of registration on arrival. Drop off ok. Meet and Greet T3 Manchester Airport It was easy on arrival. We were directed to park up in a lane and then left the car with them. On arrival at the reception they had all my details, took my key and gave me a card to show them on my return. When we got back our car was parked securely in the multi storey and we found it easily. The only reason I have given it a 9 rather than a 10, was that we couldn't get out through the barrier. The Man told us he would let us out when we rang the buzzer, but we were there a good 5 minutes before anyone answered and then it was a lady who couldn't speak very good English and didn't seem to know what we were saying. They did eventually lift the barrier for us, but it took a while. I am thinking perhaps that was just bad luck, as otherwise there would have been huge queues to get out and there wasn't. Meet and Greet T3 Manchester Airport We were worried what it would be like after hearing horror stories from people who have used meet and greets before. From the moment we arrived at the front gate we were met with a friendly person on the speaker who knew who we were straight away and told us where to park. After unloading the car we went to reception where we were met with friendly people who explained everything. The service made it so easy and took the stress out of parking elsewhere at the airport. We were on our way to the airport terminal across the road in less than 5 minutes. When we returned we were given the keys and told where the car was. It's easy to find, easy to access and so close to the airport it's just a few minutes walk. The service is fast and efficient and always a pleasure and never a chore.
