Drop and Go Manchester Airport Once we could find the carpark the prices of dropping off and leaving the keys was pretty easy. Picking the car back up was very easy. Though probably not Airparks responsibility it would have been helpful if we could have been informed that the M56 was closed, we had to make a very long detour, without any signposts, to the A34 to get to the airport. Maybe in future the airport authorities could work with it's partners to inform passengers of any major roadworks. We do not live in Manchester!. Mr Broadhurst 27 Aug, 2022

Drop and Go Manchester Airport Fantastic!! First time I’ve used airport car parking and I’ll definitely do this again. The obstructions and directions were east to follow and use…. Even after a 4 hr delayed 8hr flight and debate for baggage. Getting to the car and leaving we’re so simple. No rush, no fuss and car was sat quietly in a covered carpark that looked very secure. Drop and Go Manchester Airport Good price, great instructions for getting to the carpark, 5 mins walk from dropping keys off to Terminal... Brilliant. A little confused on return: On return home, we got the bus back to collect our car... the bus driver was lovely as the car collection ticket was a little confusing..it said "follow signs to DROP & GO. and collect keys from locker B".... It should really say.. "Follow signs to DROP & GO BUS STOP, on arrival to building follow signs for KEY COLLECTION - LOCKER B ". This would of been much clearer. Drop and Go Manchester Airport we drop and go. signage on arrival was very poor and not in the drop and go livery. It was a simple sign black font on white background reading D&G with an arrow. we went the wrong way and i know for fact we were not the only ones. when we eventually found were we should be that was pretty good. but then waited ages for the bus in cold conditions. will go back to APH parking next time. Drop and Go Manchester Airport We usually use another company but prices so high so tried Drop& Go we were very pleased & impressed & have said we will use again , the ONLY thing that confused us was we read -as did a security cgahap 'collection A' on the ticket & stood at post A outside the terminal then realised it was post C , A was were we were to get our keys simple mistake but needs to be a bit clearer on the ticket but staff were friendly & all went smoothly -thankyou Mr Mason 09 May, 2022

Drop and Go Manchester Airport A free for all getting on and putting luggage away safely. No help and no organisation from driver or assistant of shuttle bus. Opened front doors and middle doors at same time so everyone was getting on the shuttle at the same time fighting for somewhere to put their luggage. No indications from driver which terminal he was stopping at. No personal at key collection point no toilet facilities not clear where car was for collection. Wil not use this service again.
