Long Stay T2 Manchester Airport I left my car with Airparks on the 1st July. I parked my car myself in a well fenced secure car park which can only be accessed with a token which you get from the enterance gate. I returned on therd July my car was as I left it. The £77 I paid for the just over stay is well worth the money and the best part of this arrangement is you keep the cars keys. Thank you Airparks for looking after my car for me. First off he stopped at our car as he could see we had lots of luggage and he even let our little boy look at his steering wheel and honk the horn. Long Stay T2 Manchester Airport Ease of parking from the airport terminal. What I did not enjoy: The unhelpful comments from the shuttle bus driver when going to the terminal with a bike bag. I was travelling on my own so I had no way of dropping it off at the terminal first, so had to take it in the shuttle bus with me. I was the last person to be picked up so did not obstruct any of the other passengers onboard, and he suggested it was in the way even though there was also a mother with a pushchair which was more awkward to manoeuvre inside. Also, at the end of my holiday when I returned to the car park I needed to contact someone in the control office and used the courtesy phone as indicated in the bus shelters, but the phone did not work. Eventually I spoke to someone by using the button on the exit gate, and they said that the courtesy phone had been out of action for a long time. If this is permanent, the bus shelter information needs to be amended accordingly, and the phone taken off completely, and a relevant alternative supplied instead. It was around 11pm on Sunday evening and as a lone female this was not a great position to be left in. Ms Robson 24 Apr, 2016
