Holiday Inn M1 J9 Luton Airport Everything worked well. Parking and leaving the car ideal for the hotel. The hotel stay was comfortable and the taxi was waiting right on time to take us to the airport. Stress free travelling! Mr Thompson 19 Nov, 2017

Holiday Inn M1 J9 Luton Airport Receptionist very cheerful and efficient good check-in Arrived 5:30pm got to my room hugd pile of dirty Laundry on one side of the door huge housekeeping cart On the other and no sign of the maid Room dirty, sticky blobs on bedside table, carpet not hoovered hairs and crumbs in draws hairs in the bath And sink phoned reception who again was excellent apologised And said she would find another room 2 mins later lady knocked on door and barged in the room started cleaning again as if i wasnt there went to reception asked what was going on anyway got another room. Very poor Went to rest 6pm one table in there stood waiting for someone to appear young lady finally came told me to sit any where sat for minutes given very tatty menus ordered a lager waited another minutes she appeared again took my order burger no pickle after minutes my lager arrived , my buger arrived with 4 pickles no waitress had to pick up plate and go and find some one gave it to a new waitress who came on duty no sign od the one who took my order it arrived back minutes later all they had done was taken out the pickle same bun so i could taste the pickle same fries so they were stone cold could go on but its getting boring very poor My flight was very early next morning so i left at 5am The gentleman on night Reception has to be the most unwelcoming rude person i havd ever come across behind a reception desk . Holiday Inn M1 J9 Luton Airport It was the 1st time we have done a stay with parking and will definitely do it again. It took all the stress out of the journey. Holiday Inn M1 J9 Luton Airport Very handy for airport and room/bed comfortable. Taxi arranged for us early morning and all went smoothly. Holiday Inn M1 J9 Luton Airport Everything went smoothly on the way out of Luton and the stay at Holiday Inn. On arrival in Luton after our trip, however, it took us half and hour or more, to find bus stop 12,as we were following instructions on print out from your site. In the end we did go back to the bus stop where we were dropped off when we began our trip 11 days previously. The bus driver confirmed that the Airparks bus stop had moved to the stop M two months ago, but details on the site were not updated. Holiday Inn M1 J9 Luton Airport An excellent service. There was one major fault in that after our return journey at the airport we could see no signs telling us where to find the Airpark bus.
