It was not a good experience The hotel was fine and the staff there were friendly but i) it was unclear parking was so far from the airport ii) the bus took over half an hour to turn up on our return to the UK and it was freezing. Holiday Inn Express with breakfast Luton Airport Everything was fine. The only slight issue is getting to the airport from the hotel in the morning. Officially the Airparks bus does not stop at the Hotel bus stop on the way to the airport. This was not made clear when booking. So passengers are expected to pay for the Aiport bus or walk. This is unacceptable and Airparks should change their policy, in order to provide a full Car park to Airport service (rather than Car park to Hotel service) As it turned out the driver did stop for us and was very pleasant. Holiday Inn Express with breakfast Luton Airport The accommodation was fine & arrangement to park but the Airpark bus failed to stop at the bus stop by the Holiday Inn at 4.30am when requested which is not acceptable when the whole reason for using the service was to avoid having to call for a cab to take us to the departure point at the airport. We had a really early flight so breakfast was very basic and grab and go bags not very big so limited to one croissant and one v small muffin but at least we could take them away with us. Would definitely book again with them as really convenient to airport if you don't mind walking for ten minutes or you have the option of waiting for the bus if that's too much. Holiday Inn Express with breakfast Luton Airport Booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, and was given a room with one double bed and one sofa bed. When I complained the Staff at Holiday inn told me it was none of their concern. The room though was only a minor irritation compared to the lack of an Airparks bus in the morning to take us too our flight. Two full Airparks buses passed the Holiday inn bus stop. We had to walk to the airport carrying our cases. As my wife has MS this was a highly distressing experience. During the walk/run to the airport myself and my son carrying 4 cases between us, and my daughter assisting my wife to walk, no further Airparks buses passed us. Absolutely disgusting service, if we'd at least been told there'd be no bus we could have ordered a taxi, but no, we were left at the roadside, literally in the dark, and nearly missed our flight Ms Phillips 14 Aug, 2017

Being dropped at the bottom of a hill was not great with two massive suitcases and none of the buses stopped in th morning despite some desperate flagging. Holiday Inn Express with breakfast Luton Airport got in a bit of a muddle finding carpark,good job we had a sat nav!as well as the mrs!Staff extremely helpful at airparks soon on our way in bus which left us at the bottom of a hill at least a 120 yd cardiac hill,why cant bus take you to front door? plenty of time and room to turn round if needed.not happy so had taxi in morning well worth the £10 with tip straight to entrance to terminal building,ps hotel all good,nice room and food to, an extra of course.ON return which was delayed bit concerned that no bus but a few min`s later it arrived this was at 4am so ok there,driver chatty and soon had us to collect car,seemed ok but car smothered in big bird shit all over most unhappy!!as the car is my pride and joy!! must have been parked directly under the tree for 2wks,yes i`m still fuming as this can damage the paintwork,so a visit to a local car wash today to get clean again another £ 10 spent,so NEVER again.Back to Stansted,easy to get to,good parking, and a better system for arrivals.To sum up great staff shame about the rest!! £10 Dr Clapham 04 May, 2016

Holiday Inn Express with breakfast Luton Airport We found the carpark easily, good directions were given and signposted. Just dropped the far off and the bus was right there. It dropped is off right outside the hotel perfect. Had an early flight, the bus could pick us up, but it was only a few minutes walk to the terminal. On our return we had to ask where to pick up the bus, bit probably didn't see the sign. But it was not far bto walk yo catch it, only had to wait a few minutes and the bus was there. Took us straight to the carpark, only a few minutes again. Easy to find the car, all safe behind gates a and off we went. Overall very pleased with the arrangement, will definitely do it again if we fly from Luton again. Very reasonable price too, always a bonus! Dr Peel 15 Mar, 2016
