What should I do when I arrive?

Give Smart Meet & Greet a call when you are about 40 minutes away from the Airport and their professional driver be waiting for you in the Multi-Storey car park - make sure you take a ticket at the barrier when you arrive.

Top Tip: Any important telephone numbers will be included in your booking confirmation.

How do I get to Luton Airport?

One of the best things about a Meet & Greet service is that you don't need to worry about transfers to the airport as you're already there! Just stroll into the terminal building and get your holiday started.

What about when it's time to leave?

While you are waiting to collect your luggage give the car park another call and they'll make sure your car is back at the Multi-Storey car park ready for you to jump in and head home.

How safe is my car?

While you're away Smart Meet & Greet will move your car to a secured car park where it will remain while you're away. Below you can see the security features present at the car park.

*The Park Mark Award is given by the police to car parks that reach the benchmarks of their Safer Parking Scheme in recognition of car parks which have taken steps towards increased security and safety.

Additional Information

The car park will cover exit fees for up to 15 minutes, if you are delayed getting to the driver for longer than this you will need to pay £7. This charge will increase the longer the wait.
