What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to the car park and when you arrive head straight to reception to check-in. Once you are checked in, hand over your keys so that a member of the team can park your car for you.

How do I get to Luton Airport?

A free transfer bus runs regularly to the Luton Airport and takes between 5-15 minutes depending on traffic.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you return to the UK give Carparkz a call on either 01582 728585 or 07968 550863 then catch the free transfer bus from the drop-off zone. Your car will be waiting for you back at the car park.

Please note: If you are arriving between 05:00AM and 08:00AM, please allow an extra half an hour in case there is heavy traffic around the airport.
