What should I do when I arrive?

When you get to the car park drive up to the check-in building, grab your luggage and head inside. Hand over your keys to a member of the team who will park your vehicle for you while you head to the airport.

Important: Airparks ShortRun does not have wheelchair-accessible spaces and the transfer buses are also not accessible by wheelchair. However, Airparks staff will be happy to drive you to the airport, drop you off and park your car for you. The car park will always have staff on hand to help.

How do I get to Luton Airport?

While your car is being parked for you, you can hop on the free transfer bus which will take you to Luton Airport in around 5 minutes. The bus runs 24 hours a day.

Please be aware, the drop-off point at the airport is a 5-8 minute walk from the terminal entrance. If you have difficulty walking, we recommend a different Luton airport parking service from Airparks.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you get back to the UK you can give the car park a call (the number will be in your booking confirmation) and they'll send the transfer bus to collect you. When you get back to the car park head to the office and hand in your ticket, the staff will give you your keys and you can head home.
