What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to the car park following the directions and postcode provided in your booking confirmation. Follow the yellow signs for Airparks Self Park, located approximately 300 meters after the first blue Airparks entrance. Upon arrival, the barrier will automatically recognize your car registration and lift. Park in any available bay, keep your keys, and remember your parking location.

Proceed to the nearest bus stop for the shuttle service to the terminal.

How do I get to Luton Airport?

The shuttle bus will take you directly to the terminal. The service runs every few minutes, 24/7 and the journey takes approx. 14 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

Upon your return, take the shuttle back to Airparks Self Park. Locate your car and drive to the exit, where the barrier will recognize your car registration and lift for you.

Accessibility

The shuttle bus is wheelchair accessible, and there are accessible parking bays available on a first come, first served basis. If you require assistance, please contact Airparks prior to your arrival. On-site help is available via the intercom at the barriers or by speaking to the Airparks team.

Additional Information

• The car park accepts most larger vehicles as long as they are under 2.2m wide, 2.2m high, and 5.5m long. No high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed.
• The shuttle bus cannot carry large sporting equipment. Drop these items off with your passengers at the terminal before parking.
• The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Extended stays beyond this will incur a daily charge of £20, subject to change.
• No need to print your booking confirmation; simply show it on your mobile device.
