Economy Priority Meet and Greet Luton Airport Booking via web, checking in and ease of distance to airport all good. Unfortunately when I collected my car there were some scratch marks on the back door and wheel arch which weren't there before we parked it. However when it was questioned and investigated it seemed as though the camera clocked my car coming in with some marks on it (although not very clear) so they wouldn't process the claim. Made me feel as though I was trying to be fraudulent when I am a very honest person and I've had my car for 7 years without an accident or scratch on it, so not sure how this had happened. Priority Luton Airport Everything,It might not be the cheapest way to park at Luton Airport but its got to be one of the best. Met by a nice fella who took my details and key and gave me a receipt and told me what to do on my return and how to get to the terminal. Less than 5 mins walk and 1 lift ride we were in the terminal. Car was waiting for us when we got back. Wouldn't risk using anything else next time we use Luton Mr Sowter 25 Nov, 2019

Priority Luton Airport Prompt service was great. Only thing that let you down was that the parking ticket to let me out of the multi storey car park showed I owed the car park £55 to get an exit. So, with great difficulty I reversed and returned to the parking area to be told I should have pushed the 'telephone button', given my registration no and would then be let out. Priority Luton Airport The speed of dropping off the car for priority parking and having the car ready when I returned was fantastic. Staff were friendly and very efficient. I know Luton airport is having major work done but the signage to priority parking is lacking. You don't see a sign until you are virtually on top of the car park. Priority Luton Airport The fact that I could drive so close to the airport terminal and leave my keys with your representative, walk the short distance with my luggage inside for my flight and then on my return do the exact opposite in the knowledge that my car would be waiting for me in practically the same area ready for me to drive home.
