Once you have parked your car using an Airparks’ London City Airport parking option, the airport has a range of facilities that can keep you occupied until boarding. From duty-free shops, to bars, cafes and restaurants, you will find everything you need to prepare for your flight.

Shops Before Security

Before going through security, you will find WH Smith, which sells food, drink, magazines, books and other last-minute essentials you might need for the flight. There is also a Travelex currency exchange. At Travelex, you can exchange a wide range of currency before you travel.

Shops After Security

Duty-free shopping at London City Airport means you can save on high street prices. Nuance Tax & Duty Free offers a wide selection of confectionary, fragrances, souvenirs, sunglasses, travel accessories, wines and spirits. There is also a Gassan Diamonds store. Jewellery purchased at Gassan Diamonds can be delivered to your home address. There is also a WH Smith after security.

Restaurants, Bars and Cafes

Before security, there is a Pret A Manger, serving a selection of sandwiches, coffees, and healthy snacks. After security, Bar Ten 28 includes light snacks, and an international drinks assortment, including wines and cocktails. For more substantial meals, Trattoria offers a selection of fresh pasta and seafood, and also offers a breakfast menu. Presto stocks a selection of healthy food and drink. Meanwhile Cafe Nero serves Italian coffees, from espressos to lattes, as well as sandwiches, paninis and other food products that are ideal for lunchtime snacking.

Other Services

There are ATM cash machines at London City Airport. There is also a travellers’ lounge, where you can relax if you would like to come away from the crowds. Uniquely, London City Airport also offers an entirely complimentary shoe shine service, allowing you to start your trip looking your best. The shoe shine is located next to the information desk in the departure lounge. Other features of London City Airport include post boxes, and a designated smoking area.
