When you're 20 minutes from City Airport give Saphire Trio a call on 07903 416 577 to let them know you're on your way. When you arrive at the airport, head to the Short Stay Car Park and at the barrier take a ticket. Find yourself a parking space and unload. Here you will be met by one of Saphire's drivers who will take your keys, leaving you free to take the short walk to check in.

On your return to London City Airport:
Once you've collected your luggage, call Saphire Trio on 07903 416 577 to let them know you've arrived. Exit the arrivals hall and walk to the Short Stay Car Park. Your driver will meet you, hand over your keys and a ticket so you can exit the car park, you will need to pay £6 to leave.
