Hampton by Hilton The documentation supplied on booking was somewhat vague regarding the location of the long-term carpark. Apparently, I entered the wrong one and had trouble leaving, as well as a threatening sticker on my windscreen on my return. Hampton by Hilton The hotel was quite up to expectations for a Hilton. The instructions for successfully accessing long term car park left a lot to be desired. We were referred by a Security Van driver to use the one behind the hotel and had a very difficult jib in getting out without a £160 additional charge. Village Hotel Liverpool Hotel was lovely, location was great. Unfortuntunately the directions from the hotel to the car park were wrong, we found a car park but it wasn't ours and luckily we were directed to the correct car park. Parked the car up for the fortnight, returned and made our way to the exit, only to find we had an outstanding payment of £160!!!! Eventually got it sorted, but no air parks, I will not use your services at all again.
