Imagine Outdoor Liverpool Airport Check In of the car was easy. it was easy to find and the staff were quick, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, we were not allowed on the flight, but on our return and being very stressed, the staff could not be more helpful and sympathetic. Obviously, we had to wait as they collected the car, but they suggested somewhere nearby where we could grab a tea. They phoned us when the car was ready. When came back on the next available flight, they had referred us and wished us luck. This was in direct opposition to the nasty unhelpful, ignorant airport staff we encountered. Imagine Outdoor Liverpool Airport Didn't really enjoy anything Bit concerned about the £3 additional charge for drop off at Liverpool airport - but this is per vehicle, not per person. Not sure if every party in drop off vehicle paid the £3 but we certainly did. If every other party did pay, then the firm has made a big profit. If not, then we have subsidised the others. For the avoidance of doubt, the drop off fee should be included in the total parking fee paid on line, at airports where this fee is applied. Imagine Outdoor Liverpool Airport Slightly difficult to find; the postcode takes you to a different area of the airport - but after I phoned they gave me directions - dead easy to use dropped my car handed my keys and walked over to the airport (about 5mins) I’m sure they have a shuttle service too if needed! The only downside was that the car I picked up was much dirtier than the one I left (I don't mention birds poo on the windscreen as I guess that can be expected when the car is parked outdoors) but what I mean is the sides of the car were all muddy as well as alloys and wheels. Imagine Outdoor Liverpool Airport Was a bit confused as we were looking for 'Imagine Outdoor', which was actually signed as Imagine Indoor. There was no bell, just a mobile number which seemed a bit odd when the details tell you to just 'drive up to reception'. Anyway, the chap arrived soon after and we were parked inside, which was a bonus. Car ready and waiting when we arrived back.
