What should I do when I arrive?
When you arrive at the car park head straight for reception and give your keys to a member of staff, a professional driver will worry about parking your car for you, no need to go hunting for spaces or remembering where you parked.
How do I get to Heathrow Airport?
While the driver parks your car you can jump on the free transfer bus which runs 24 hours a day whenever needed. Transfers to Terminal 5 take about 15 minutes, Terminal 4 should take about 20 minutes, and Terminals 2 & 3 should take 25-30 minutes.
What about when it's time to leave?
Once you've returned from your trip and collected your luggage just call the car park (they'll give you the number when you check-in) and they'll send the bus to collect you. When you arrive at the car park just collect your keys, jump in your car and head home.
