What should I do when I arrive?

Just drive to the Short Stay car park for the terminal you are flying from and head to the Parking Spotz drop-off point - here there will be a fully-insured driver waiting to take your keys.

How do I get to Heathrow Airport?

The Short Stay car park is right outside the terminal so no need to worry about transfers; just head straight in.

What about when it's time to leave?

Once you're back in the UK give Parking Spotz a call to let them know and they'll have your car ready for you - it'll be back at the Short Stay car park where you dropped it off.
