Car Park Information

Transfers to and from Heathrow airport: There is no additional charge for the shuttle bus to and from the airport - just hop on. It takes between 6 and 12 minutes to take you to terminal 1 or terminal 3. Please be aware, the buses are not wheelchair accessible but if you notify the car park in advance, they will arrange alternative transport for you.

Security: Park Wise holds a Park Mark award meaning its security has been accredited by the police. It is staffed 24 hours a day and they conduct regular security patrols of the grounds. There are CCTV cameras, security fencing and lighting and entry/exit barriers.

What to do when you arrive at Park Wise: Park your car outside the Park Wise reception. Unload your luggage and present your booking confirmation at the reception desk. You'll be asked to leave your keys with the staff and will be given a receipt. Hold onto your receipt because you will be asked for this when you return. Step onto the transfer bus and away you go.

What to do when you return from holiday: You will find the shuttle bus back to Park Wise at bus stop bus from terminal 1 and bus stop 22 outside terminal 3. When you arrive back at Park Wise, step into reception and present your parking receipt. Your car will be waiting for you in a bay outside reception.

More things to note:

• Trailers and motor homes are not allowed in the car park
• If you overstay the period you have booked, additional parking is charged in blocks of 24 hours at the normal rate
• Parking is at your own risk. The car park indemnifies customers for damage which is proved to have been caused by its negligence. You must report the damage before you leave the car park.
