What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to the car park on Bath Road, Longford and park in an arrivals bay. Hand over your keys so the team can securely park your car. Then, catch the shuttle bus to Terminal 5.

How do I get to Heathrow Airport?

Simply board the shuttle bus from the car park to Terminal 5. The bus takes 4 minutes, runs every 10-15 minutes from 4am to midnight and is included in the price.

What about when it's time to leave?

Inform Maple Parking in advance if you plan to return early so your car can be ready. If you return later than expected, there's a grace period until midnight, after which a standard rate of £20 per day applies.
