What should I do when I arrive?

Call the car park twenty minutes ahead of arrival so they know to expect you. Once you arrive, head to reception to drop off your keys to a member of staff, as they will park your car for you.

How do I get to Heathrow Airport?

From the car park, you will need to take the free shuttle transfer service to your terminal. This is run on-demand and 24-hours a day. It takes 10-15 minutes to Terminals 4 & 5, and 15-20 minutes to Terminals 2 & 3.

Top Tip: Though suitable for access to all terminals, the bus ride to T2 and T3 takes longer than the transfer to T4 and T5.

What about when it's time to leave?

Call the car park upon your arrival so they can arrange for the shuttle transfer to collect you. It will pick you up from your terminal and take you straight back to where you dropped off your car.
