  " We followed clear instructions to the drop off point and handing over the keys was an easy procedure.
  Sadly on our return the car was nowhere to be seen and it soon transpired that it was still at the car park because our vehicle was stuck behind a car with a flat battery. In the end we waited a full hour before the car arrived but the staff kept us fully informed and encouraged us to go back to the terminal for a coffee to keep warm! This experience will not stop us using Airparks Meet and Greet service in the future. "
