Good to Go Meet and Greet Heathrow Airport Let's start with the downside if I may ... written directions need to be much better!!! I can follow instructions as can my wife but we got hopelessly lost (none of your directions corresponded to actual road signage off the M25 (ie the junction you told us to get off had no reference to Terminal 2 so why not state this?) and we finally ended up over two miles away on the 'Northern Road'. Needed finally to put the postcode in SatNav then final approach instructions still not precise in a rather complex road system! Then the sign for our particular 'zone' was not visible on the main approach on level 4. However the ease with which our car parking process was handled & proximity to Terminal 2 coupled with a very competitive price would still persuade me to use you again. Mr Waltho 23 Oct, 2017

We did have a little difficulty finding the meet and greet drop off point - had to ask where it was once at the airport. Also our ticket wouldn't let us out, but it was sorted quickly.
